In the period 2017 to 2023 Tracey was running the business and developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as trying to grow the business and staying up to date with legislation, compliance and all added requirements over the years.
In Tracey’s own words “Meeting with Wessie and Marietjie has been a blessing for myself, the staff and the MBS clients in many ways. The vast knowledge, management skills, the planning and business development that Wessie and Marietjie and the WvdW team have brought into MBS is outstanding. Where I was trying to get MBS – WvdW is already there and can only get better.”
Tracey goes on to say “With Wessie and Marietjie and the WvdW team available to MBS to assist with questions clients may have allows us to service clients a lot better because of the expanded knowledge base and experience within. We will together always have the best solution for a clients’ needs. Our services on offer have been expanded which will benefit the clients and the staff.”
Tracey has confirmed that all MBS Accounting Services staff have remained, and all staff will benefit from the improved leadership, additional skills, software available now. Clients now have access to a bigger pool of knowledge and skills.
MBS was always striving to give excellent client service and keep clients relationships going at affordable fees. Joining with WvdW will only increase this excellent level of service and keep the relationship intact.
A core focus in growing in this manner is to not affect the client in any negative way, but to better improve the level of service with qualified, well trained and happy staff. All the clients are important to us and any changes to the structure will always be to strengthen the company in order to keep the service delivery to clients 1st and not affect their relationship with MBS old and only see improvements in the new MBS.

When Should I Submit A Personal Tax Return To SARS?
- When you conduct any trade (own business) in South Africa.
