From the very beginning of her journey with WVDW, Bianca has embodied dedication, humility, and a deep passion for both her work and the people around her. As an accountant, her expertise speaks for itself — but what truly sets her apart is the way she connects with people. Contrary to the common perception that accountants are “numbers people,” Bianca finds her inspiration in the human side of what we do — in our Team, our clients, and the relationships that make WVDW what it is today.
Bianca shares a special appreciation for Marietjie and Wessie, whose mentorship and guidance have played an invaluable role in her growth — both professionally and personally. Their leadership has helped shape her into the leader she has become, and continues to inspire her vision for the future of WVDW.
With her genuine care for people and her passion for nurturing growth, Bianca often compares her love for her work to her love of gardening. Seeing things flourish — whether it’s her Team, our clients, or WVDW as a whole — brings her the greatest joy.
Since her very first career day back in primary school, Bianca knew she wanted to become an accountant. What “little Bianca” didn’t know then, was that accounting would become so much more than a profession — it would be a way to connect, to inspire, and to help others grow.
Bianca’s timeline:
- Finished primary school in 2008 (Learskool Dr Verwoerd)
- Finished high school in 2013 (Hoërskool Dr Malan)
- Graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce in Chartered Accountancy in 2016 (North West University – Vaal campus)
- Graduated: Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Financial Accountancy in 2017 (North West University – Vaal campus)
- Articles 2018-2020 at CMS (Connaughton, Miller & Smith Inc).
- Started working at WVDW, 15 February 2021
As she steps into this new chapter, Bianca remains committed to the continued development of her Team, the nurturing of lasting relationships, and to helping WVDW grow into the next chapter of its legacy.
